Learning Management Systems (LMS) experience required.

A bachelor’s degree in education or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

Manage and develop budgets for all HR Departments in accordance with GAAP.

Minimum of five years’ experience in developing and executing training and employee development programs.

Successful demonstration of experience managing large organizations with multiple locations preferred.

Conduct annual training and development needs assessment. Conduct follow-up studies of all completed training to evaluate and measure results.

Collaborate with department managers to identify key performance indicators and develop training programs to achieve those metrics.

Partner with HR to develop and manage career development programs, mentoring programs, and other learning initiatives.

Prepare educational materials, reference sheets, video training sessions, etc.

Manage Learning and Development course content library.

Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and evaluation techniques.

Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.

•Maintain a database detailing employee training dates, types of training, qualification, and recertification dates.

•Research, apply for and manage training grants and reimbursement process.

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:

•Bachelor’s Degree required; master’s degree Preferred (in Education or Training and Performance Improvement)

•Knowledge of LMS and Computer Based Learning systems.

•Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
