Hand cart delivery experience preferred
Lift up to 80 lbs. on consistent basis.
Load and unload Truck for multi-stop deliveries.
Use hand truck and load bar.
Accurately record delivery information including operating a hand scanner and all company required documentation.
Responsible for the proper documentation and disposition for any return product.

Overview A Leader In Training (LIT) is a role designed to provide an individual with the opportunity to learn and develop the skills necessary to become a successful leader. The LIT role is often found in retail, hospitality, and other customer service-oriented industries. The LIT is typically responsible for providing support to the team leader and/or manager, while also learning the necessary skills to become a successful leader. Detailed Job Description The Leader In Training (LIT) is responsible for providing support to the team leader and/or manager. This includes providing customer service, assisting with training and development of team members, and helping to ensure the team is meeting its goals. The LIT will also be responsible for learning the necessary skills to become a successful leader. This includes developing an understanding of the company’s policies and procedures, developing communication and interpersonal skills, and learning how to effectively manage and motivate a team.
