2 years+ experience working in a manufacturing, military or related environment

TPM or Continuous Improvement experience preferred

Coach and teach to connect losses with standards and routines

Understand top losses and areas for growth for assigned Integrated Work Groups (safety, quality, performance, and people)

Support and lead IWG team meetings
