Bachelor’s Degree – design background is mandatory (Visual Merchandising design, interior design, event design)

Knowledge of phytopathology, plant physiology, quantitative genetics, statistics, crop management and new breeding technologies.

Foster the deployment of the Crop PVP/IP strategy within the Crop-Team. Support Manage PVP/ IP in collaboration with Germplasm Development Head

Develop and manage budgets for Crop-Teams in collaboration with the PPP.

PhD (or equivalent research experience) in plant science, preferably breeding

Commercial breeding program processes. Knowledge of genetics, statistics, phytopathology, plant or crop physiology, molecular markers, and seed produce quality.

Proven experience in leading a team.

You have a collaborative, self-motivated, "always-learning" spirit, interested in identifying and solving the web’s design challenges one experience at a time.

You love working within Figma, Miro and other remote collaboration design tools.

Define design strategies and plan for ideal project outcomes alongside the PM and Accounts team.

Work with the defined project management tools including Slack and Asana

Use advanced visual & motion design skills to create original, innovative designs that appropriately reflect .SWOOSH's design philosophy and standards

Work seamlessly with a cross-functional team to create a best-in-class brand experience

Effectively manage your time to achieve project milestones and deliverables

Effectively handle stakeholder requirements and priorities and collaborate with them as partners

Participate in activities that will increase understanding and working knowledge of the product development process and commercialization process

Bonus points if you have experience marketing a mobile product / app

Demonstrated passion for cultural trends, social platforms, innovative digital experiences

Experience managing social presence for brands with 200k+ followers

Experience in a commercial function, ideally in Sales. Prior background in dietary supplement or food industry is a plus.

Leadership experience with a proven track record of successful performance.

Knowledge of business process systems (e.g., analytical marketing and sales execution processes).

Language skills Spanish or Portuguese is a plus

Successful completion of Bachelor´s degree in a technical or business discipline.
