Performance management of the QA team and resources

7 years’ experience in Quality Assurance or a similar area

3 years of leading team experience

Provide leadership, coaching, mentorship, career development, and guidance to the QA team on a day-to-day basis

Define metrics for which the team will be measured; drive results based on those metrics

Ensure a high-performing culture aligned with the strategic business vision

Must have team management experience

Experience: 9+ years of relevant work experience in QA and QA Automation

• Good test scripting and coding skills

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - including negotiation, facilitation, and

consensus-building skills; ability to influence and persuade, without direct control.

Work with Player Experience and contracting teams to develop and deploy first class support tools

Gain full understanding of Player Experience tech stack, its user-base, and user behaviors.

Holding a high bar for performance and actively coach the team to level up their technical capabilities.

7+ years of Software Quality Assurance experience

Experience working with and testing for multiple Platforms (Desktop, Mobile)

Hands on experience with automation best practices and development tools; Unit and Integration testing for APIs and Web applications.
