Manage regression testing for releases

Help to manage the day-to-day operations, including technical communications, triage, incident support, and operational delivery

Ideally 10+ years of experience in software development environments with a strong focus on quality assurance and manual testing

5+ years’ experience with AWS infrastructure and technologies (Node.js, Lambda, CloudWatch, DynamoDB, Postgres, S3, Athena)

Collaborate with the QA Engineering Lead on the overall test automation strategy and break the tasks into manageable and achievable deliverables.

Communicate detailed bug information to development and document all relevant knowledge within well-structured test cases.

Expand the CI framework to cover all non-functional requirements.

Design, develop, and optimize a robust & scalable test automation framework on a cloud test infrastructure within a CI framework.

Develop robust unit, integration, and end-to-end test scripts that execute quickly.

Mentor other automation engineer(s) on coding and test automation best practices

Experience with the application of quality management systems (i.e., ISO 9001, NQA-1).

Bachelor’s Degree in science, chemistry, engineering, or a related technical/science discipline, or the equivalent combination of education and related experience.

Knowledge of QA requirements associated with operations in nuclear and/or non-nuclear facilities and activities.

Experience implementing software QA program requirements and processes.

Decision-making skills necessary to advise, counsel, recommend and develop solutions on a wide variety of QA issues.

Broad knowledge of non-conformance tracking systems, work control processes, metrology, and/or other related QA programs.

Experience with issue-tracking and agile project management tools such as Rally, xWiki, HP ALM etc.

Travel requirement may be 10%-20% annually, if remote to Melbourne, FL for quarterly planning activities

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and 3 years’ experience, 2 years of which must be in Quality Engineering

Sufficient background in statistical methods to develop unique solutions to continuous improvement and process monitoring problems

The incumbent must be a proficient user of various statistical, spreadsheet, word processing, and database software packages

The Quality Engineer should be self-motivated and have the ability to follow through on assignments with limited supervision

Have the ability to work on several assignments and programs concurrently

This position requires access to United States Export Controlled information.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in Manufacturing Quality

Minimum of 3 years of experience in Quality and minimum of 4 years in Manufacturing.
