STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Educate community members on upcoming unwinding of the COVID-19 Public Health Emergency

Promoting Medicaid awareness in the community served. (i.e. Discussing with members, attending events, sharing on social media)

Collecting referrals for insurance and contacting consumers in a timely manner.

Enrolling individuals in Medicaid or Marketplace Insurance.

Knowledge of narrative report writing andgood writing skills.

Applicants must have education, training and/or experience demonstrating competence in each of the following areas:

Knowledge of using standard computer software programs for word processing, spreadsheets or databases.

Desired past direct experience in working with the migrant population.

Desired past proven experience in workingwith community agencies that serve migrantpopulations.

Successful candidate must be Bilingual in Spanish-Speak, Writeand InterpretSpanish (Other languages i.e. Créole are a plus but not required).

Works with youth participates to build job readiness skills;

Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of gang dynamics;

General knowledge and understanding of the issues facing gang involved youth and their families;

General knowledge of office methods and procedures;

Skilled in conflict resolution and team development activities;

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
