Support the maintenance and administration of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security systems.

Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.

Translating business data requirements into analytics solutions

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

Developing and supporting automation processes across enterprise functions

Assisting with cybersecurity operations and incident response

Developing technical direction to gain competitive advantage in scientific computing areas (data visualization, networking, etc.)

Developing, implementing, and supporting network security processes

Performing daily administrative tasks such as Microsoft AAD and Active Directory updates, email account management, security permission management.

Managing multiple tasks and projects to schedule, ensuring requirements are met.

Associate Degree in Information Systems, related field, or equivalent experience. Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Some infrastructure support experience preferred.

Knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, applications, and cloud services.

Exceptional customer service and problem resolution skills.

Experience working for a Managed Service Provider (MSP) or Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) preferred, but not required.

Experience with a variety of ticketing systems and remote monitoring tools such as Autotask, Datto RMM, etc.

Pursuing Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or other computer-related field or equivalent experience.

A minimum of 1 year of technical support experience, preferred but not required.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Experience with Windows Server, VMWare, and Active Directory preferred, but not required.

Demonstrated program / project management skills working on and leading teams

Prior intern, co-op, or research experience in IT, software, or relevant area

Leadership experience inside and/or outside the classroom

Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to articulate technical problems in clear and simple terms

Internship assignments are typically 10 - 12 weeks long at one of our core locations

Assignments are determined based on business need, interviewer’s assessment, and applicant’s preference
