Work on FAIR Health data products and create reports and analytics that reflect actionable, value-infused information.

Evaluate and establish validity of FAIR Health data product information to ensure accuracy and completeness of all reporting results.

Investigate and resolve issues independently related to FAIR Health data products.

Collaborate closely with a team of Product Managers, Data Operations, and Developers to ensure data is built and delivered with quality

4+ years of industry experience working with big healthcare datasets (prescription and medical claims)

Knowledge of industry-standard billing codes such as ICD, CPT/HCPCS, NDC

Understand how relational databases work, and experience designing transformations, mappings, and working with reference tables

Experience investigating data issues and working with a cross-functional team for addressing

Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau or Spotfire

Partner with internal business clients to define reporting & dashboard requirements for use in managing day-to-day operations more efficiently.

Minimum 2-5 years experience in an analytical role.

Experience with statistical analysis and modeling tools such as SQL, R, Proc SQL, SAS.

Experience with medical claims data, healthcare codes, ICD, CPT, etc..

Experience and proficiency leveraging SQL, including loading data, writing update and select statements, and joining tables.

At least a Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in Economics, Computer Science, Statistics, Math or Business, or equivalent work experience.

3+ years of experience working in a Managed Care (Medicare experience preferred)

Assist in designing an overall suite of analytic capabilities and actionable reports to monitor risk adjustment performance

Develop and maintain customized reports and dashboards for the Finance department using various tools (SQL, Tableau, and SAS).

3+ years of strong experience working with SQL, Tableau and SAS

Perform data analysis to optimize risk adjusted revenue and provide insights to stakeholders

Serve as a subject matter expert for the risk adjustment model, reporting and analysis

Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

1-2 years' experience in business intelligence and analytics

Compile, clean, analyze and interpret varied and complex data.

SQL, Excel, Python, Tableau and MLTC

Translate business needs into development requirements and data-driven deliverables.

Salary is commensurate with experience in the range of 65k – 102k.

Debug, investigate and resolve errors that occur within database-stored procedures.

Community management: Manage relevant Global Future Councils and topical communities, clearly defining scope and deliverables from such communities

Delivery of agreed targets of the various projects within the project management portfolio

Efficiency and effectiveness in use of knowledge tools and products

Ability to develop, manage, and coordinate partnerships, including with leading businesses, governments and international organizations

Outstanding writing and editorial skills; analysing and synthesizing diverse sources of data to guide strategy development

Excellent verbal and written language skills in English; verbal and written proficiency in other languages would be an asset
