They must be able to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and schematics. They must be able to troubleshoot and diagnose electrical problems and determine the best course of action. Lead Electrical Technicians must be able to install, repair, and maintain electrical systems and equipment in accordance with local and national codes. They must be able to inspect and test electrical systems and equipment to ensure they are functioning properly and safely. Job Skills Required
