Job Summary
The Sanitation I position is responsible for environmental sanitation, equipment and tools

Clean and sanitize tanks or other food storage containers, clean, sanitize and organize multiple areas to meet or exceed environmental and plant requirements - 80%
Inspect completed tasks to verify conformance to specifications including required paperwork/documentation - 20%
Utilize tools, chemicals, cleaning equipment, water and other items to perform duties - Ongoing
Responsibility to adhere to Food Safety policies and report food safety and quality concerns to their supervisor - Ongoing
Maintains clean work area and participates in housekeep throughout the facility and grounds - Ongoing
Must be able to frequently work overtime and weekends as necessary - Ongoing
Must be able to work scheduled shifts and meet attendance requirements - Ongoing
Other activities and duties as assigned - Ongoing

Education: High School Diploma/GED Strongly Preferred
Certifications: None

Must have strong verbal and written communications skills with ability to express ideas professionally, effectively and efficiently in the common language
Ability to access and identify mechanical and/or electrical problems during disassembly and reassembly of equipment
Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
Compute basic mathematical calculations
Ability to establish & maintain effective working relationships with all contacts inside and outside of the company with strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Ability to multi-task, focus and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Perform required disassembly of equipment in preparation for shipping to other Aisin facilities or transportation within ANC.
- Perform entire electrical machine assembly using drawings provided by Kouki engineers.
- Execute electrical and control upgrades to equipment.
- Perform testing of machine components and systems to ensure proper function.
- Understand and implement safe work practices in compliance with company policies.
- Maintain assembly accuracy sheets during the assembly process.
- Be the main point of contact for engineers and outside contractors during machine installation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and electrical controls issues in circuits containing transformers, disconnects, over current protection devices, and general control components (relays, timers, PLC, etc).
- Lead the final installation, setup and testing of equipment within the production line (either within ANC or another Aisin facility within the US).
- Maintain a safe working environment.
- Maintain a positive working relationship with all personnel in the company.
- Accurately maintain all records for each machine assembly.
- Demonstrates commitment to "Safety First".
- Experience working with electrical distribution and control systems up to 480 VAC, 3PH.
- Experience troubleshooting pneumatic valves, actuators (pneumatic and electric), sensors
- Able to effectively distinguish between various wiring colors.
