Detailed Job Description The Lead DSP is responsible for providing direct care and support to individuals with disabilities in a variety of settings. This includes providing assistance with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and eating. The Lead DSP is also responsible for providing emotional support and guidance to individuals with disabilities. The Lead DSP is responsible for leading a team of DSPs in providing quality care and support to individuals with disabilities. The Lead DSP is responsible for ensuring that all DSPs are following the policies and procedures of the organization. The Lead DSP is also responsible for providing training and guidance to DSPs. Job Skills Required
