Food management experience, preferably cafe, catering or small restaurant

Daily and weekly inventory management, ordering, and receiving

Logistic management of supply pick up

Monitor all product to ensure proper rotation and code date management

Be responsible for shrink and waste management

Meticulous attention to detail - whether keeping the cafe clean and organized or entering data for ordering management

Serve cafe food and drinks

Ensure our cafe is staffed with proper inventory for food and supplies

Label and track all perishable items

Make sure all supplies are put away properly and counters are clean and uncluttered

Assists the Count/Drop Manager with the coordination and supervision of the activities of all count and drop employees on property.

Maintains a thorough, working knowledge of laws, rules and regulations of the Gaming Commission, as well as policies, procedures and controls.

Maintains all records, reports and other required paperwork in the Count/Drop Area of the Finance Department.

Ensures the integrity of all Drop Team transactions.

Assists in counting money, and reconciling gaming revenue.

Conducts the necessary research to effectively resolve disputes.

Assist with training new hires and training current team members on new beverage and food offerings

Continuously cultivate your own curiosity and knowledge of coffee through in-house tastings, cuppings, and trainings

6 months - 1 year of supervisory experience or experience leading a team

Basic math and computer skills

Ability to listen and speak. You’re listening and speaking with our guests to guide and create experiences

A leader who is passionate about training and helping to develop a team

2 years of management and leadership experience or a college degree in culinary, business

Manages all front of the house and back of the house operations, including executing the menu and completing inventory and payroll.

ServSafe Certification or equivalent certification

CPR/AED certification required within the first 30 days of hire

Experience with fast casual restaurant or full service experience

Experience driving operations and financial performance
