Develop and evangelize the vision and structure for the Technical Program Management Office (TPMO).

Build and lead a team of high-performing team of Technical Program/Project Managers.

Experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Asana, Google Workspace, diagramming tools (e.g. LucidChart/LucidSpark).

Collaborate with product management and business leadership to memorialize decisions around features, functional requirements, and other considerations.

Provide end-to-end project and deadline management.

Support management of work stream artifacts, trackers and theirs updates.

5+ years in supporting product planning and product management in technology sectors.

Comfort with working in a fast-paced, dynamic and ambiguous environment with rapidly changing requirements.

Support the execution and operational tasks associated with all work streams towards product readiness and their deliverables.
