Landscaping Enhancement Crew Leader Jobs

Understand multiple programs and cross train OHA staff and vendors (in cooperation with Case Management Administrator)

Create quality review processes with Case Management Administrator

Provide program management in support of active contract management for internal OHA contract clubs

Development and testing of Quality Assurance processes regarding performance measures for compliance with state and federal requirements

Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Wellsky products preferred but not necessary

Strong written and oral communication skills.

Lawn mowing, edging, trimming using commercial equipment.

Planter preparation and planting (trees, shrubs, flowers, etc.).

Maintaining the general cleanliness of the site.

Snow removal during winter using heavy equipment, snow blowers, shovels, and other methods.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Repair sod and landscaping when needed

Oversee and delegate work to crew

Keep track of and effectively communicate on work completion and future jobs

In charge of getting truck and trailer loaded with needed supplies every morning

Must keep truck maintained and functioning

Must have a valid driver's license

Requires a bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.

Monitors and encourages student-athletes in their academic requirements and endeavors in collaboration with Academic Advisor.

Assists in instructing student-athletes in the proper basketball skills and techniques in practice and competition settings.

Coordinates and manages correspondence to WBB alumnae and families.

Knowledge of Big Ten Conferences and NCAA rules and regulations.

Assists basketball staff with the planning, organization, and execution of all major recruiting functions.

Review equipment needs and maintenance schedules with field supervisor and Equipment Manager

Support Field Supervisor and Project Managers as main field contact person for clients

Work closely with HR Manager and Vice President of Operations to promote and enforce all Company Policies and Procedures

Must have good communication skills and ability to motivate others

Must have a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in Landscape Installation

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

$17-19 p/hr for those with solid maintenance experience

Performs routine lawn maintenance including grass cutting, lawn edging, weed pulling, and other routine lawn-maintenance activities

Uses lawn mower and related equipment

Provides seasonal lawn care, such as spring and fall clean-up

Moves materials and equipment and performs related duties to assist in landscaping and hardscaping
