Land Coordinator Jobs in North Carolina

Update and maintain land database and acquisition files.

Prepare and maintain checklists for various projects to keep processes on track.

Monitor and maintain construction schedules and community development schedules, and update associated reports.

Prepare and submit community bond documents, request letters of credit, and maintain timelines in accordance with bond expiration dates.

Provide information for, and participate in the preparation of financial and feasibility analysis.

Prepare budgets, monitor all project costs and process invoice approvals.

Possess excellent organizational and time management skills

4-8 years of land planning and or landscape architecture experience

Ability to work within a collaborative team environment and communicate effectively with project team and manager

Strong written and verbal communication skills, critical thinking skills, problem solving skills

General knowledge of AutoCAD, Adobe Suite software and Microsoft Office Suite

Experience in the development of project planning documents and or construction documents.
