Laborer Final Clean Up Jobs

Individuals ideally will have 2 years of experience however we are willing to train.

Preference will be given for previous field leadership experience.

Earn $21 to $32 per hour based upon years and level of construction experience.

Employees must have reliable transportation to travel to and from job sites. Site locations can be anywhere in the tri-state area.

Strong consideration will be given to those who are hard working and willing to learn.

This position will involve use of construction equipment, tools and materials.

Forklift Certification preferred within 12 months of hire date

Forklift Evaluation/Certification Mandatory prior to forklift operation of any kind for any reason to include forklift training

7-10 years of leadership and manufacturing experience preferably in automotive industry or a highly technical manufacturing environment.

Ability to work well under pressure, manage competing demands, juggle priorities and meet tight deadlines with diligent follow through.

Experience with a variety of measurement and inspection techniques - using specifications to determine non-conformances

High-level leadership and decision-making skills with a strong sense of urgency and drive to succeed.

Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills in the English language

Maintain floor areas in assigned area clean and orderly.

Shovel waste from the floor and dispose of into the proper receptacles.

Transport waste as needed to the appropriate receptacle.

Assist in the operation of production as directed by the mechanic/supervisor.

Knowledge of relevant policies, practices and procedures and requirements / standards.

Combination of education and 1-3 years relevant logistics/dispatch experience collectively considered.

Excellent organizational, leadership, communication, reporting skills

High energy and motivating skills

Routing, dispatch, and warehouse experience a big plus

Communication: Crisp and effective written, verbal communication skills and follow through
