Knowledge Content Specialist Jobs

Knowledge Management - Understand program/process details, create support responses, obtain feedback on article quality, and make changes as necessary.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, related field, or equivalent work experience.

5+ years of experience in content curation, authoring and management.

LumApps, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), or similar content management experience preferred.

Experience with ServiceNow, Workday, Jira, or other case management platform.

Advanced experience with LumApps, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), or similar content management platforms.

2+ years experience with product knowledge management in a SaaS startup

Owning the implementation, organization, and maintenance of knowledge management systems.

Documentation: developing, maintaining, and organizing high quality documentation and knowledge content for the entire organization (articles, videos, etc.).

Training: designing and executing ongoing technical and skills training for US based field teams.

Assessment: developing processes and systems to track knowledge acquisition and application

Assisting in the development and maintenance of new employee onboarding content, assessment programs, and certification by team.

Methodically update the CKI site and manage content as areas grow and findings evolve.

Bachelor’s degree required. Minimum 4-6 years related experience required.

Experience leveraging content across print, digital, and social channels.

Demonstrated experience in data-driven analysis and visualization.

Job Type: Officer of Administration

Salary Range: $90,000 - $100,000

Project management experience a plus

5+ years of experience in content curation, authoring and management of content

Experienced working with HR digital content management within ServiceNow preferred

Defines and manages knowledge content governance including content creation, review, publication, and retirement

Manages tier 0 service level agreements and other metrics while providing outstanding employee and manager experience

Knowledge of Human Resources practices and experienced translating HR concepts into knowledge articles

2+ years experience with product knowledge management in a SaaS startup
