Kitchen Specialist Lead Jobs

Perform record-keeping functions as assigned by the department manager.

Produce product for the sales floor warmers and hot bar as per POG and standard operating procedures (SOP).

Clean and sanitize all work surfaces, all tools and equipment, all display cases, and all floors and counters.

Complete food safety compliance logs daily.

Track and record loss using known loss tracking (KLT).

Make sandwiches, subs and wraps, label, and put them into the display case as per SOP.

Ability to function effectively without daily oversight from management.

Master intermediate 20/20 design skills.

Be knowledgeable and remain current on all products.

Prior experience in the cabinet industry preferred.

Working knowledge of Windows operating system.

Excellent verbal and communication skills.

Safe Knife Handling skills and ability to work with other kitchen equipment.

4 years of previous experience

State Sexual Harassment Training and Certification

Ensure all workstations are set up properly.

Ensure food is prepared and executed in a timely manner.

Ability to adjust and assist in various stations to maintain food execution in a timely manner.

Have a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
