Kitchen Design Support Specialist

Ferguson is currently seeking the right individual to fill a need for a Kitchen Design Support Specialist. This role is a part of our Kitchen Art Cabinetry division and will serve as support for our production builder accounts, which consists of multi-year communities. If you have a love of meeting people and providing great customer service coupled with an interest in contributing directly to the bottom line of a multi-billion-dollar organization, this is the position for you!

Responsibilities:

• Prepare installation details for installer packets.
• Order parts and service materials for job completion.
• Utilize blueprints and scaling plans to assist in designs.
• Demonstrates attention to detail coupled with organizational skills.
• Prepare layouts, quotes, cost worksheets, and bids for sales designer.
• Be knowledgeable and remain current on all products.
• Placement, tracking, and reviewing of orders in the system.
• Qualifications:
• Working knowledge of Windows operating system.
• Assist in resolving day to day problems with field and operations.
• Attain and review appliance specs for design function and installation.
• Prior experience in the cabinet industry preferred.
• Analytical and problem solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and communication skills.
• Ability to function effectively without daily oversight from management.
• Proficient use of computer systems such as Microsoft Office and web-based data systems.
• Proficient use of 20/20 Design or similar CAD program for kitchen and bath.
• Master intermediate 20/20 design skills.

Pay Range:

$18.71 - $29.92

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
