Overview The Kitchen Assistant Lead is responsible for providing support to the kitchen staff and ensuring the kitchen runs smoothly. This position requires a strong understanding of kitchen operations, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Detailed Job Description The Kitchen Assistant Lead is responsible for providing support to the kitchen staff and ensuring the kitchen runs smoothly. This includes overseeing the daily operations of the kitchen, providing guidance to kitchen staff, and ensuring that all kitchen tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner. The Kitchen Assistant Lead will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, ensuring that all food safety regulations are followed, and providing customer service to guests. • Knowledge of kitchen operations
• Knowledge of food safety regulations
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks

• Ability to lift and carry heavy items

Job Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a kitchen or food service setting
• ServSafe certification (preferred)
Job Knowledge
• Knowledge of kitchen operations
• Knowledge of food safety regulations
• Knowledge of customer service principles
Job Experience
• Previous experience in a kitchen or food service setting
• Previous experience in a supervisory role (preferred)
Job Responsibilities
• Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen
• Provide guidance to kitchen staff
• Ensure all kitchen tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen
• Ensure all food safety regulations are followed
• Provide customer service to guests
