Overview The Kitchen Assistant Lead is responsible for providing support to the kitchen staff and ensuring the kitchen runs smoothly. This position requires a strong understanding of kitchen operations, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Detailed Job Description The Kitchen Assistant Lead is responsible for providing support to the kitchen staff and ensuring the kitchen runs smoothly. This includes overseeing the daily operations of the kitchen, providing guidance to kitchen staff, and ensuring that all kitchen tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner. The Kitchen Assistant Lead will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, ensuring that all food safety regulations are followed, and providing customer service to guests. Job Qualifications

• Previous experience in a kitchen or food service setting
• ServSafe certification (preferred)

• Previous experience in a kitchen or food service setting
• Previous experience in a supervisory role (preferred)
