Compensation is based on experience and is highly competitive in the marketplace. $150,000 - $200,000 annually.

Contract new business, sell and close deals

Develop and relay a high level of product knowledge around vehicle features.

Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.

Sale Associates take the customers through a thorough buying process supported by established selling steps, policies and procedures.

Demonstrate operation of vehicle in showroom and via test drive.

Provide new vehicle to customer through established delivery process, ensuring that the customer understands the vehicle's operating features, warranty and paperwork.

Maintain an owner follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction, loyalty and long term clientele.

Falsification of any documentation or failure to follow disclosure requirements will result in immediate termination.

Report any company policy and procedure violations to your General Manager.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

Keep inventory vehicles clean as directed by management.

Special Skills (i.e., licenses, certifications, etc.):

Clean interior and exterior of vehicles, including the trunks and glove compartments.

Police grounds of the dealership.

Complete all training as directed by supervisor.

Must have at least 2 years of experience as an auto technician

Knowledge in all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Good reading, computer, and mathematics skills

Minimum 5+ years of professional design experience at an Automotive Design studio.

Create innovative and compelling exterior design proposals for concept cars and production car programs.

Strong ability to visually communicate design proposals in the form of sketches, rendering, and 3D digital modeling.

Independently be able to quickly generate high-quality 3D sketch models using Alias, SubD, Maya, or Blender.

Research and analyze trends in automotive exterior design as well as emerging technologies, products, fashion, and architecture.

The ability to earn what you deserve – your efforts are rewarded! Average pay range is $85,000 to $110,000.
