Participates in or facilitates team meetings to identify reasons for referral, barriers, and roles and responsibilities.

Attends conferences and seminars to keep abreast of scientific and professional knowledge.

2 years of experience specializing in the care and management of autism spectrum disorders.

KNOWLEDGE , SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED

Intervention and care coordination experience with individuals with developmental disabilities and ASD.

Administrative: Reports to Psychologist manager.

Masters in psychology, behavior analysis, special education, speech/language or a related field is required.

Certification as a Board Certification in Behavior Analysis.

At least three years experience serving individuals with ASDs with a full range of skills and abilities.

Exhibits knowledge of developments/trends in developmental disabilities and aging.

Prepares timely reports/records for quality management review with CARF and Executive Management meetings.

Experience with staff training and supervision
