System Center Orchestrator, BMC Remedy IT Service Management (ITSM)

This position is primarily remote/work from home.

3 or more years of Systems Engineering experience

Microsoft Azure, Microsoft .NET Framework, Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Operations Manager

Automated Server Provisioning, Pipeline experience

Knowledge and experience with Argo Data software is a nice to have.

Working knowledge of USB and network attached peripheral devices on Windows 10 workstation would be a bonus.

Working experience with unattended installation and repave in production environments.

Working knowledge of network load balancing and its implementation.

Knowledge of CICD pipelines like Jenkins etc.

Develop and implement business solutions using PowerShell, VBScripts, Terraform and MS Sql2019

- Identify environmental issues and participate in the problem management process

- Perform drift management against core applications

- Excellent knowledge of Windows 10 Operating System

- Prior knowledge of VMware and Citrix

- Intermediate Knowledge of MS Exchange/Messaging applications, including but not limited to: Office365 suite, Zoom and Symphony

- Good report creation skills

The Candidate must possess the minimum Education / Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in related field or Associates Degree (A.A./A.S.) in a related field or at minimum Information Technology (IT) Certification.

Two (2) years of Windows System administrator experience in current operating systems

Experience in installation, configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting, etc

Experience in performing software upgrades and patch implementation

Candidate must possess strong oral communication and written comprehension capabilities.

Work with the team to continually extend and modify the capabilities of our client's Cloud Offerings

Minimum 5+ years of professional experience

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a history of learning and adapting quickly

Excellent written, verbal, and consultative skills (e.g., professionalism, collaboration, negotiation, conflict resolution, quick learner, etc.)

Prior experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, team environment

Possess an engineering mindset focused on continually improving our client's technology offerings

Experience working on core MS Stack (AD, GPO, DFS, and Exchange)

Experience working on Azure and Office 365

Experience working on SCCM or Puppet

Experience working on, Docker, Terraform, and Serverless

Strong knowledge of networking (TCP/IP), security, and optimization

Strong knowledge of MDM solutions, Mobile Iron, Intune, AirWatch etc

Strong knowledge of SCCM for software deployment, patch management, and inventory management.

Deploy, configure, and manage software applications using SCCM, ensuring proper installation, patching, and updates across the network.

Collaborate with IT teams to define and enforce system security policies, ensuring compliance with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

SCCM certification (Microsoft Certified: SCCM) is mandatory.

Proven experience as a Windows Engineer or similar role, with a deep understanding of Windows operating systems (Windows 10, Windows Server).

Knowledge of configuration management tools like Puppet, Chef, or Ansible
