Support Senior Planning Manager in presenting business analysis to upper management on a weekly, monthly, seasonal basis

Please note we are on a Hybrid schedule. 3 days in office, 2 will be work from home.

3+ years of experience in planning or similar role

Advanced Excel knowledge as well as strong financial acumen

Ideal candidate has work experience in medium sized multinational company or luxury business

Strong knowledge of computer systems/programs

Minimum of 2-3+ years’ experience within Planning, and/or Buying, Financial Planning

Retail, Wholesale or Supply Chain experience a plus

Strong written & verbal communication skills, and attention to details

Update models for forecasting Sales & key KPIs

Report on monthly sales performance at store/COM, product & KPI levels

Collaborate with Omni buying team to analyze business by door to maximize sales and stock opportunities

Bachelor’s degree with 2-3 years of experience in buying/planning/inventory management or financial forecasting

Manage both pre-season and in-season sales plan by sku level weekly, monthly and seasonally

Manage workload and schedule to support and meet all deadlines with accuracy

Strong analytical and mathematical skills

High level of experience and proficiency in Excel

Excellent analytical and mathematical proficiency with strong business and financial analysis skills

Management of team and coaching. Completion of team reviews twice yearly.

Liaise with Retail District Manager Visual Merchandising Team, Finance Team, Logistics, and Allocators

To do the buy and set up buying schedules to meet delivery requirements for all parts of the business

Agreeing a balanced range and ensuring all stores in each grading have a strong offer.

4+ years experience in retail merchandising or buying

Digital Merchandising experience a plus
