Expertly manage on-site sponsor activities, including meetings, seat-drops, receptions, lunches, and dinners.

Maintain open communication with Sponsorship Managers to surpass sponsor expectations before, during, and after events.

Act as the primary point of contact for all speakers, gathering their biographies, photos, and special requirements.

Skillfully schedule speakers on the agenda and event app, providing clear instructions regarding their time slots.

Address logistical questions related to speaker travel and accommodation, ensuring a smooth experience.

Support the Operations Manager in preparing the on-site team, including creating essential documents and holding slides.
