Junior Legal Billing Specialist Jobs in Arkansas

Assist in maintaining complete and accurate invoicing records and provide support to the Project Finance Senior Manager.

Assist with preparation of month-end/year-end financial statements and budgets as they pertain to the above responsibilities.

Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel skills.

Knowledge of Workday would be preferred.

Equivalent professional work experience will be considered.

Minimum 1-3 years relevant accounting experience.

Excellent oral and written communication skills

5 years of legal billing experience

Experience with Aderant and/ord Elite

Experience with some sort of billing platform/software

Experience with various e-billing vendor portals preferred.

This is a remote position with the expectation to work during Pacific Time (9:00am - 5:30pm).

Improves financial status by analyzing results; monitoring variances; identifying trends; recommending actions to management.

Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing publications.

At least 1-year relevant experience required.

Increases productivity by developing automated accounting applications, coordinating information requirements.

Research, analyze and provide reporting on billing and finances.
