Basic project management skills with the ability to self-manage and work on multiple assignments given changing priorities.

Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science or related area; equivalent experience above the required minimum may substitute for education.

Relevant educational qualification or degree in Data analytics or Data Science or Statistics or Applied Mathematics or equivalent qualification. (Required)

Create and maintain requirements specifications according to standard templates, using natural language.

Collaborate with developers and architects to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability, performance needs, and other non-functional requirements.

Experience with using a formalized software development lifecycle methodology or an Agile framework.

Develop and maintain project documentation, including functional requirements, use cases, and test plans.

Create user stories, use cases, and process flow diagrams to effectively communicate requirements to development teams.

5+ years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in an ecommerce or digital environment

Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies is beneficial. Strong understanding of ecommerce concepts, platforms, and best practices
