4-year college degree or equivalent; applicable work experience may be substituted for education requirements

Qualify new and existing customers with Digital Commerce system integration requests, which includes requirement gathering

Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

Lead integration projects and end-to-end customer engagements including planning, prioritization, and execution

Lead partner integration and onboarding efforts with internal teams and customers

Support the change management and release process for integrations to efficiently roll out new features to systems.

Experience working with/owning system integrations, API/Endpoint development, and ETL solutioning

Hands-on experience with Workato Integration Platform

Knowledge of best practices in integration standards and approaches

Design, develop, deploy, and maintain integration processes between applications using the iPaaS and ETL tools (Workato, Zapier)

Implement, maintain, and grow the integration landscape.

Displays knowledge of following SCRUM methodology, task management, and time management skills.

Knowledge of data management, SQL, and data technologies

1+ year(s) experience with technical implementations of customer projects or combination experience, education, & extraordinary performance.

Data manipulation, data integration, design and development experience or education

Knowledge and experience with Salesforce CRM technology.
