Junior Compliance Counsel Jobs

Knowledge of and applicable experience with campaigns, election administration, election policy, or election law.

Advise and ensure leadership, staff, and appropriate stakeholders are aware of compliance requirements and work with them to meet standards.

Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills with a strong ability to facilitate collaborative problem-solving to reach solutions.

Strong communications skills, including the following:

Strong written, verbal, and listening skills. Ability to present expertise in a manner that is accessible and inclusive.

Ability to effectively manage expectations and follow through on commitments.

Oversee the due diligence process on transactions from a legal and risk management perspective and support the post-closing process

Strong judgment, problem-solving capabilities, legal and analytical skills and attention to detail

Oversee, negotiate, and directly manage confidentiality agreements, joinders, engagement letters, and non-reliance letters

Manage playbooks and form documents

2-4 years of work experience at a top-tier corporate law firm

Transactional experience is required, including M&A

Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

2-5 years of relevant experience preferred

This is a remote position that can be occupied anywhere in the United States.
