Manage daily operations of the accounting department, cashiers and receptions

Meet with the department managers to regularly review business matters and develop plans to increase profitability

Oversee the financial and accounting system and personnel

Design, establish, and maintain an organizational structure and staffing

Reconcile the bank accounts for the dealership on a daily basis

Complete all required reports for the corporate office on a regular basis

Completes other tasks as assigned by Camp Manager and butlers.

Maintains thorough knowledge of inventory items, PAR levels, daily checklist, and Resort facilities.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Teams and all other Resort programs in order to monitor PAR levels and restock camp supplies.

Operates company vehicle to transport staff, guests, and supplies around the Resort.

Ensures alcohol inventory and delivery is completed daily.

Removes dirty linen, trash, and towels after departures.

Have at least 3 years of management experience.

Possesses superior process, project and time management skills.

Wine cellar and smart home systems management.

Schedule personal appointments. Calendar items forwarded by principals and Estate Manager.

Shipping various packages; manage returns.

Have experience managing 3+ subordinates.

Doctorate -employment rels, human resource mgt, org

Demonstrated success in obtaining external funding to support one's research agenda is an advantage.
