Qualified candidates may expect two to four interviews with: Chief Executive Officer, Principals, Design team, and Project Management team.

Project Management Software (Newforma, Procore, etc.)

Work under the direction of the project manager to develop and coordinate design development and construction documents for multiple projects

Completion of course work or experience in adult education at a Community College or University level or relevant work experience.

Liaises with the Home’s preceptors to ensure they have the knowledge and resources to support students

Extended work experience in Long Term Care

Good written and oral communication skills

Experience in mentoring students and staff

Previous experience as a preceptor is an asset
