Responsible for the preparation of the annual budget, monitors budget and processes invoices for payment.

Prepares and submits state and federal regulatory ethics disclosures for the SVP, External Affairs.

Experience with databases and information management

Interface with centralized staffing office on contractor hiring requirements and partner with business managers to forecast monthly headcount

Interface with global Relationship Managers to ensure suppliers are consistent with resource and location strategy

Review data for accuracy and create required reporting to manage the data

5-8 years of relevant experience

Advanced Excel expertise including demonstrated capabilities with pivot tables, VLOOKUP’s, and formulas

Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, design, engineering, and data

Founder or founding team experience in an early-stage startup

Experience working with complex products to meet market needs

Grow your skill-set, learn new tools and techniques, and proactively develop innovative solutions

Experience with Charles River Investment Management System

Provide business requirements and analysis to internal and external clients on current and future state operating models.

Work with Investment Managers and Traders on smaller, development projects.

Lead meetings/workshops to explain and walk through business requirements.

Creative problem-solving skills and analysis skills to help build solutions for the investment teams.

Outstanding influencing skills to unify and collaborate with varied teams
