Tracking MI on case and investigator productivity, and ensuring case queues are actively managed in line with procedures

Over five years of AML Compliance and Bank Secrecy Act or other relevant experience

More than five years’ experience of using Microsoft office applications and internet search tools

Experience leading or managing others and working in the investment banking or broker-dealer space

CAMS certification, CFE, JD or other advanced degree or certification

Law enforcement or government agency experience in supervising investigations, and leading teams of investigators

2+ years of relevant work experience (e.g., investment banking, leveraged finance, credit trading, investment management, etc.).

Creating materials for investment committees, regular portfolio discussions, and updates for senior management and external investors.

Strong communication skills, including a demonstrated ability to write and present effectively

Experience working in a team environment and contributing to a positive team environment

Prior coding knowledge is a plus but not necessary

Structuring of investments and funds/partnerships, including investment objectives/parameters, covenants/legal structures, and tax structures.

A proven background in Corporate finance / M&A. Ideally 5-7 years experience.

M&A deal experience in the FIG sector

Excellent financial modelling experience (operating models, capital models, merger models, LBO etc)

Strong communications skills – ability to interact confidently with banking professionals

Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.

Good academic qualifications and demonstrated performance

Manages due diligence, credit, coverage, reference data and other requirements resulting from corporate actions.

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in Business, Finance, Economics, or equivalent field. (Req)

Assists with ensuring assigned client portfolio is kept current with all aspects of the firm’s KYC/AML requirements.

Master's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or equivalent field. (Pref)

Significant Corporate Banking or related product experience

Strong Corporate Banking background with experience navigating complex global organizations

3-7+ years of work experience in management consulting, investment banking, sports, investing, or FP&A

Assist in presentation materials including investment memos, stakeholder education materials, and limited partner updates

Strong financial modeling and presentation skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Location: Los Angeles, Miami, or Remote

Research market trends to identify potential investment opportunities

Active monitoring of portfolio companies, including communication and collaboration with management teams and board members

5-10 years experience in financial services industry, preferably experience in private equity and/or investment banking

Experience working within life sciences or pharma services highly preferred

Preparation of reporting materials and presentations for portfolio analysis and investment opportunities

Proficiency with CapitalIQ, Pitchbook, and DealCloud are a nice plus

VP, Investment Banking (Life Sciences) - DC Area

Has 6+ years’ work experience in financial services, FinTech, and/or order/trade management systems preferable

Navigate and connect the dots across the firm to ensure efficiency, scalability, and risk management

Has excellent communication skills and a “get the job done” mentality

Is able to bring knowledge of the capital markets, asset classes, financial instruments (equities, fixed income, and derivatives)

Has Aladdin knowledge and proficiency in technology (SQL, Tableau, Python), a plus

Lead impact projects that improve the operating platform

Required Skills, Experience, and Education

10 years of work experience supporting an Investment team preferred.

Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Act as first point of contact for the team on telephone, email, and internal inquiries.

2-5 years’ experience in investment banking (preferably in real estate finance)

Manage transaction execution process with collaborative support from analysts and other firm professionals

MBA in finance, economics, or a related field from a top university

Strong written and oral communication skills

Proven networking skills for industry related events

Originate equity placement and debt placement assignments from the Candidate’s database, as well as leverage/mine the firm’s clients for financing assignments.
