Development of new or update to existing pay structures, including grade assignments

·Pitch stocks to cover to Management.

·Must be enrolled in a Finance, Business Administration, Economics program or any other relevant course of study.

·Knowledge of SEC Edgar database preferred.

·Have previous experience with Excel and Google Sheets.

·Interest and experience in learning Financial Modeling.

·Strong oral and written communication skills.
