Bachelor's degree in public administration, human resources management, business administration or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.

Market assessment of base pay, pay policies, and benefits data

Classification & Compensation Project Work

Job analysis, title review, career ladders or leveling, FLSA review, and job evaluation

Development of new or update to existing pay structures, including grade assignments

Work with clients to develop compensation philosophy and strategies

Experience in product planning, product development or brand management is preferred

Pay will be based on several variables that include, but not limited to, geographic location, work experience, education, etc.

Experience in consumer research, including surveys and focus groups

Possess critical thinking, business judgement, negotiating, analytical and presentation skills

Consumer research and analysis skills, including statistical analysis skills
