Inventory Financial Analyst Jobs in New York

· Supply Chain Finance or Operational experience preferred

· 3 years Corporate Inventory Control Analyst experience required

· Strong excel skills required

· Experience with an ERP

Daily management of systemic inventory adjustment and inventory alignment including the daily posting of inventory journals.

Proficient Excel capabilities with experience in analyzing large data sets (will be required to demonstrate capabilities)

Manage store's fulfillment performance and follow up with stores on abnormal transactions impacting inventory on-hand.

Monitor the daily warehouse transfer to ensure store receipts are posted timely and misalignments are proactively managed.

3+ years of relevant inventory accounting, control and/or supply chain experience

Strong communication skills and openness

Manage our weekly data destruction and e-waste collections

Gym membership or 5 additional vacation days offered after one year of service

Build and deploy customer assets as per documentation

Own the goods in and goods out process, from end-to-end

Ensure deliveries are checked and receipted in a timely fashion

Own the organisation of our warehouse function, with a busy schedule of incoming and outgoing

3-5 years of relevant experience in planning, forecasting, inventory management, allocations, and data analysis

Possess strong organizational and time management skills

Experience in reviewing inventory planning KPIs and developing plans to address issues

Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills with focus on driving positive results to the bottom line

Manages mill PO’s, warehouse inventory and customer PO’s to optimize warehouse turn

Manages flow of PO’s and allocates customer orders by SKU and store

Proficient working in ad serving and ad management tools (Operative One, YieldEx, Salesforce)

Manage, track and optimize the use of ad (video + display) inventory

Evaluate and forecast sales sponsorship opportunities as well as new targeting, packaging and product offerings

Build relationships with internal stakeholders across the Sales, Operations, Finance, Marketing, Product and Content teams

At least 2 years of professional experience, digital media a plus

Strong communication, organization and presentation skills. Collaborative work-style / team player

4-year college degree or equivalent work experience.

Minimum 3 years prior supply chain experience. Book publishing experience preferred.

Proven analytical experience with strong attention to detail.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically advanced Excel, and Access knowledge.

Monitors inventory levels to achieve balance between sales needs and capacity/capital constraints.

Works closely with Sales Department to ensure in stock status on all time critical sales, promotions, new customers, and hot titles.

Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task

Manage meaningful partnerships with media owners and exchanges

Analyzing large datasets to ensure a high standard of inventory quality within Adelphic’s media marketplace

Work with media owners on campaign goals and strategies

Provide ad-hoc analytical support to the Media Strategy and Investment team based on customer needs

Advise traders on programmatic buying strategies
