3-5 years of supervisory experience preferred

Strong MS Office and in particular Microsoft Excel skills

· Experience in the selection and implementation of a warehouse management system.

Best practices assessment for slotting, cycle counting, and inventory control management

· Expertise in Lean Management, Six Sigma and other Operational Excellence (OE) tools preferred

· Multichannel Distribution Management, including third party logistics.

· Previous experience and knowledge of OSHA

Accurately complete mailing paperwork, QC and manage mailing jobs, Ship customer proofs.

Maintain vendor and internal department relationships to ensure communication of shipping/mailing issues.

Operates UPS shipping equipment & prepares packages for pickup.

Maintain inventory of shipping materials and supplies. Completes cycle counts and fills replenishments.

Delivers/routs items to departments or delivery locations. May deliver roll stock to presses.

Process required customer returns and coordinates inter-plant returns of product or equipment.

Compare purchase orders with packaging lists on all incoming packages

Inspect deliveries to ensure items match the order

Processing returns for incorrect or unsatisfactory items

Organize and store received items in appropriate areas

Update inventory and Bill of Materials with received items

Maintain records of orders, delivery details, etc.

Coordinates and manages all new Medication Epic ERX requests

Receives relevant product invoices for payment, manages associated purchase order activity, and maintains a general awareness of these products financial impact

Demonstrates accountability in managing receiving area personnel, workflow, pharmacy inventory, and the dynamic needs of all applicable pharmacy stakeholders

Fosters and oversees effective relationship with pharmaceutical manufacturers and distributors to ensure optimal drug product acquisition and pricing

Creates dashboards for continuous process improvement

Works closely with the VBM (Value Based Medicine) team to identify and implement cost saving measures

Manage shipping dept & personnel for on time customer orders (domestic & foreign) and maintain reports as per management requirements.

Maintain and manage material backlog requirements to meet customer expectations

Identify, collect, analyze, and create data reporting that support Inventory Management, Inventory Accuracy, Scrap Analysis/ accuracy, etc.

Drive key Inventory Management opportunities through creation of plans that optimize inventory levels

Perform cycle counts on parts as required by the management team.

Plan and manage short and long-range inventory plans for work in process, finished goods, etc., to meet P&L objectives.
