International Transportation Manager Jobs

Minimum of 2 years of management experience with a demonstrated ability to lead people

Verbal fluency in Mandarin Chinese with previous experience doing business in China

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related STEM field, MBA preferred

Lead all International Audits, and prepare related Board Materials. Manage International intercompany relationships.

Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting, required

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to lead cross functional projects

Previous experience with Oracle and/or TRecs.

Review all work performed by the Sr. Accountant – International. Prepare high risk International journal entries and account reconciliations as needed.

International Accounting would be a huge plus!

Strong organizational and time management skills.

2-4 years of experience as a minimum in international logistics.

Excellent knowledge of NAFTA (National Free Trade Agreement) and ability to apply rules of origin based on trade regulations.

Good written and verbal communication skills in English and the ability to interact with members across the organization.

Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with all levels of employees.

Computer knowledge, including strong proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.

2+ years of experience with Supply Chain Management concepts, i.e., forecasting, planning, operations, optimization, and logistics

Experience in Transportation and Carrier Management

2+ years of qualitative/quantitative data analysis related to Supply Chain, Operations, Transportation-Logistics, or Inventory Management

Manage global transportation network to optimize for SLA attainment on critical metrics (cost, reliability, performance, and speed)

Manage delivery date promise model which optimize for on-time delivery and checkout conversion

Lead initiatives to improve customer experience through improvements in capacity distribution and delivery experience

Excellent attention to detail, time management, problem-solving and organizational skills.

Manages international transportation team members. Conducts performance management, coaching, and hiring within the team and other relevant people management activities.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field of study, or a combination of education and equivalent work experience.

Manages international inbound from suppliers to port, freight routing and shipping. Identifies contents and alerts Receiving team. Updates international import calendar.

Minimum eight years of experience in international logistics and transportation

Minimum of three years of experience in a supervisory role.
