International Operations Analyst Jobs

Support Global Operations Team to help resolve all supply-chain queries arising from Distributor and Subsidiary markets with the support of Management.

Receivable Management: Ensure Distributor accounts always operate within their credit terms and limits.

Manage and prioritize assigned day-to-day tasks.

Ensure all International orders are managed through the distribution / subsidiary center to dispatch.

Ensure orders are processed accurately and timely per the customer’s requirements.

Assist DHL terminal staff to timely resolve any issues causing disruptions to production or impacting the customer experience

Provide data for cost accruals to Finance each month and audit vendor invoices

Excellent analytical and trouble shooting skills

Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Industrial Engineering, or related field and/or relevant experience.

Ensure a seamless operation by collaborating with our vendors to resolve network issues

Ability to work collaboratively within the team, possess good writing and communication skills, exhibit good time management and relationship management skills.

Experience working in Financial Services preferred

International Settlements or Euroclear experience a plus

Enter applicable trades and instructions into International Settlement applications

Apply concept of debits and credits to daily work

Perform basic bookkeeping for daily settlements

Strong organizational and project management skills

2 - 5 years of experience in Finance or Accounting preferred

Strong Excel, Power Point and Access skills and experience with BW, BPC, SAP, Oracle, PowerBI, and Teams.

Position will be a hybrid of onsite and remote

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution in Finance or Accounting (MBA preferred)

Experience working with large ERP (SAP, Oracle) preferred

4-6 years’ work experience as a department director or similar position with demonstrated management/leadership skills and abilities.

Time management and planning skills.

Extremely proficient technology skills including but not limited to Microsoft Office and relational databases and software (eg. CRM/ERP)

Outstanding leadership and organizational skills.

Execute sales targets with DCS and FMS customers.

Supervise and execute deal strategy across multiple complex domains.

Work with senior management and participate in executive meetings

FMC rate filing and contract management

Manage a team of people who handle the whole shipment process

Manage vendor development and relationships, recruit accordingly to develop and maintain relationships

Participate in problem resolution with sales, finance and operations

Minimum 10 years' experience in the industry, including experience with air and ocean freight forwarding.

At least six years of experience providing acquisition program management support in DOD major acquisition programs

Professional development including up to $2,500/year reimbursement for pre-approved courses, trainings, continued education, and/or certifications

Demonstrated experience working with foreign disclosure and releasability processes and procedures

Experience with leading complex tasks involving building briefs, tracking budgets and schedules, and working across functional communities

Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint

Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask

Prior experience in baseball (e.g., with a Club or the Commissioner’s Office) is strongly preferred.

Prior experience with baseball technology (e.g. Trackman, Rapsodo, Blast, Diamond Kinetics) is strongly preferred.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Demonstrated working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Validate and organize large datasets to ensure accuracy of information.

Coordinate with staff across countries to plan and prioritize coverage of market.
