Required Qualifications, Capabilities And Skills

5+ years of treasury or banking experience, ideally with a sales goal

Superior verbal and written communication skills with the ability to mobilize internal networks and resources

Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel and Word) and superior analytical and quantitative skills

Development of new business either through organic growth or prospect conversions

2 - 3 years Business Banking/Branch Management Experience with Intensive Business Focus

Knowledge of all cash management services

Ensure noncredit clients have appropriate treasury management and other related commercial services

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Marketing preferred

3 - 7 years Commercial Lending Experience

Manage Business Banking portfolio of both credit and noncredit clients. Target portfolio $10 million in loan commitments

Support and coordinate budget setting, monitoring, and re-forecasting activities in partnership with Senior Humanitarian Manager and technical leads.

Significant experience in supporting project operations in an international NGO environment.

Ability to adopt a pro-active approach to problem solving working closely with senior colleagues as required and offering solutions as appropriate.

Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills, fluent in English.

Knowledge of the global humanitarian environment/context, and sector wide initiatives

Provide administrative support during team and project recruitment processes, and lead onboarding and orientation of new and transitioning team members.

Working with Business Managers and Head of ICB Business Management on range of leadership forums, including ManFo, MBR and townhalls

Excellent data manipulation skills, comfortable using Excel, using that to prepare presentations and extracting relevant information from large amounts of data

Highly organised and structured, with a proven ability to manage multiple conflicting deliverables within tight timeframes

A good communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels

2+ years of treasury or banking experience

Superior verbal and written communication skills with the ability to mobilize internal networks and resources

Demonstrates the ability to understand International Treasury Solutions products, pricing philosophy, and billing process and procedures

Strong drive, ability to take ownership and ambition to be an individual contributor salesperson overtime

Two year college degree or comparable combination of education and work experience.

Experience interacting positively with unsatisfied customers.

Effective organizational, multi-tasking and prioritizing skills.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills.

Identifies and establishes relationships with prospective domestic and international customers.

Meets with customers to resolve any problems or complaints.
