Evaluates learning needs of patient and/or family and provides patient/family education appropriate to age, culture, condition, and circumstances.

Plans, implements, and evaluates patient care plans based on patient assessment to optimize outcomes and maximize available resources.

Effectively delegates patient care to ancillary personnel. May precept student nurses and new hires.

Pay: $150.00 - $175.00 per hour

Current PALS or NRP certification.

Graduate of an accredited school of medicine. Doctorate degree required.

Current MD or DO Licensure, within state of Colorado.

Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.

1-3 year related clinical experience preferred. Bilingual preferred

Supervise house staff in providing care for patients of all ages in ambulatory and inpatient settings. (25%)

Performs privileged procedures as outlined in the Denver Health Advanced Practice Provider Ambulatory Care Clinical Privileges documentation. (25%)
