HR-related project based on interns subject of interest: Recruitment, Onboarding, Benefits, Training, Employee Relations, Employee Engagement, FMLA, Policy or HR Documentation.

Have excellent communication (both written and verbal) and research skills

Serving on the Fun Committee

Supporting the coordination of Fun Committee meetings

Be currently enrolled in an accredited college

Have a minimum 3.0 GPA

Exposure to various human resources functions including Employee Records, Benefits, Payroll, and Compliance as well as daily use of our HRMS/HRIS.

Work experience in a business environment, Human Resources or Administrative experience preferred

Ability to navigate various computer programs and perform data entry

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Paid internship, with or without college credit - based on student's needs.
