Ensure optimum service to accounts including coordination with operational and purchasing functions, as needed.

Maximize AE time spent with customers.

Meet or exceed accounts receivable currency targets including coordinating with central AR as needed.

Review all accounts to ensure program compliance, develop unique sales approach, identify needs, and expand sales.

Maintain a profile on all accounts to include order guides, statements periodicals and overall reporting. Verify pricing information to ensure correctness.

Required Combination of Knowledge and Skill

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Experience in applying innovative solutions to resolve problems/improve performance

Experience working with US Navy nuclear fleet and/or nuclear capable shipyard

Must have ability to complete job specific Joint Refueling Group qualification.

Strong leadership and mentoring ability.

Ongoing management of Divisional P&L statements

Leadership experience, traits and skills required

Manage Customer Loyalty Programs to drive greater return to the business

Initiate selection process of Divisional Sales Managers and assist in hiring process for salespeople

Develop Divisional Sales Managers and growth of overall region

Lead efforts to implement and advance skills development programs for all sales staff

Demonstrate a high degree of management competency; including but not limited to leadership, collaboration, negotiation, motivational, and conflict resolution skills.

Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of outpatient surgical or clinical experience that includes management or supervisor experience.

Three (3) years minimum of supervisor/management experience.

The Director is required to be knowledgeable of the functional areas of the ASC and Clinic.

Knowledge of sterile technique as it applies to the operating room.

Demonstrate excellence in communication skills- demonstrated ability to convey ideas and information, verbally and in writing.
