Integrations Engineer Jobs in New York

You have 3+ years of experience from relevant domains

Proven experience in building web applications, both frontend and backend, with a solid understanding of design patterns and design principles

You have experience in backend development and are comfortable designing and building distributed and scalable systems

You have experience with a variety of APIs, especially REST and gRPC

Build and maintain web applications, sites, and tooling

Write thorough documentation for new projects or systems that you have worked on

3+ years of experience in an integrations engineering, pre-sales or implementation engineering role for SaaS products

Experience with Python, PostgreSQL, and REST APIs

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

This role has a base salary between $90k and $130k, based on experience.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field

Strong understanding of engineering principles and best practices

Required Education, Experience, Certifications And Skills

Strong experience with Excel, Pivot Table and VLOOKUP.

Strong troubleshooting skills; be able to quickly analyze and resolve issues.

Excellent communication skills communicate effectively about technical details internally and to the client.

Experience with CSV, EDI/X12 preferred.

B2B Consumer products background STRONGLY preferred.

Property Management System (PMS) expertise

More than 10 years of experience working on integrations between PMS and other Hospitality applications

Build and maintain end to end knowledge of our products and their usage.

Build and maintain industry knowledge.

Review and analyze the business requirements and propose solutions to integrate them in the existing system.

Experience designing and contributing to APIs/webservices using SOAP and REST

Work with President and VP of Finance to manage deal process, including business diligence, legal diligence, quality of earnings assessment.

Serve as project manager to seamlessly lead all integration efforts.

Recruit general manager to backfill position as leader of newly acquired company / regional operation.

Manage relationships with broker networks to source deals in target geographies.

Ability to implement and manage according to key metrics.

Experience driving cross-functional change based on client feedback.

Skills and knowledge you should possess:

Write high quality product requirements and partner with cross functional team members to drive delivery.

Manage a team of in-house engineers including day-to-day operations such as sprint planning, ticket writing, and UAT testing.

Strong problem solving skills paired with proactive attitude and action-oriented work ethic

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

You have front-line support or technical sales experience for technical products (APIs, feeds, data management services, ETL tools)

Manage Amazon S3, Snowflake, and GCP access

Provide technical knowledge of our products in client-facing emails and calls

Troubleshoot client access issues, either with your own knowledge, or by finding the answer from other teams at our company

You have experience with programming languages used for data ingestion (e.g., Python)

You've worked as a technical writer or you have very strong written communication skills
