Job Summary:

The Finance Manager, Global Integrated Supply Chain is a significant role in the Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis organization. This position will serve as a Finance business partner to the Company’s SVP Global Integrated Supply Chain and his direct reports. As such, the manager must exhibit solid leadership, financial acumen and communication skills to engage effectively with peers and senior leaders.
Key activities include controllership, business case support, supporting financial planning cycles and providing reporting and analysis over the Global Integrated Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Operations, Advanced Manufacturing Technology, Environmental Health & Safety, Global Real Estate & Facilities and Logistics functions. Additionally, this individual will partner closely with the Strategic Business Unit (SBU) Integrated Supply Chain Finance and SBU Procurement teams on the Monthly Inflation Review (MIR) and Commodities Guidance Earnings Release Alignment Review (ERAM) materials preparation. The Finance Manager, Global Integrated Supply Chain, will work with other functional Finance Managers to develop, implement and leverage sustainable best practices and reporting tools.

Based in Davidson, North Carolina, this role reports to the Director, Finance- Corporate Functions and is eligible for hybrid flexibility.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive business process improvement and standardization through collaboration with other functional finance partners including assisting in development of best practices and automated reporting tools
  • Prepare and deliver monthly reporting and analysis
  • Perform month-end close activities
  • Perform frequent and complex ad hoc assignments
  • Partner with executive management on strategic analyses
  • Develop, analyze, and/or modify financial forecasts, risks & opportunities, annual operating plan (AOP)
  • Lead the consolidation of materials and drive agenda for Monthly Inflation Review (MIR) and Commodities Guidance Earnings Release Alignment Meeting (ERAM)

Qualifications:

  • Experience with financial reporting cycles, such as forecasts and budgets (AOP)
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office, Oracle/OneStream
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting related field required
  • Advanced Analytical Skills
  • 7+ years of financial analysis experience

Base Pay Range: $88,500-184,000
