To demonstrate excellent written and interpersonal skills in order to meet the drafting and presentation aspects of the role.

To demonstrate excellent organisational and prioritising skills to meet the demands of challenging and commercial internal and external clients.

Ideally, experience acting for policyholders.

Excellent attention to detail and drafting skills.

Ability to manage workloads effectively.

Monitors all incoming Employer Compliance data sources to determine appropriate division for case management system and automated processing activities.

Explains policy-reporting requirements to employer representatives, insurance agents and carriers.

Monitors incoming policy data to ensure coverage details meet Idaho proof of coverage requirements.

Experience monitoring a records system to identify and correct errors

Experience researching a variety of sources to solve problems

Experience interpreting, explaining, and applying regulations, laws, or complex policies to carry out assignments

High School diploma or equivalent

Graduate from a sterile processing program
