Bachelor’s Degree (Combined experience/education as substitute for minimum education)

Assists investigators and research staff on IRB submission requirements.

Assists in the development of IRB education, training, and guidance materials for the research community.

Certified IRB Professional (CIP) certification is preferred

Previous experience in clinical research and/or previous experience in reviewing human subjects applications

Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written and analytical skills

12+ years cash equity sales trading experience

10+ years experience currently developing and managing top 100 client relationships based on the West Coast/Midwest/NY

10+ years experience covering hedge funds, mutual funds,

Extensive knowledge and understanding of derivatives, swaps and prime brokerage.

Strong analytical and quantitative skills

Effective organizational, multi tasking, and prioritizing skills

Supporting senior equity salespeople, attending corporate management IPO and follow-on presentations, backup coverage of existing equity relationships

Understanding of fundamental product knowledge and market structure

Clear, logical thinker with strong qualitative skill set including effective communication and presentation

Hard working and self-motivated team player, works well in small groups, collaborates well with partners in Research, Trading, and Capital markets

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, and SKILLS:

Regularly contributes in client/account presentations to provide updates, information, and opinions on investment managers

5+ years of experience in a field relevant to the position required

Four-year college degree or professional certification preferred

Effective written and verbal communication skills

Knowledge of financial industry and investment products preferred
