Key Capabilities, Knowledge, and Skills:

People management or leadership experience is required.

Ensuring adequate training (skills-based, cGMP and safety) of associates within the department.

Be responsible to manage direct reports on day-to-day basis, including mid-year and year-end performances assessments.

Be responsible to create and manage development plans for direct reports.

Providing expertise in troubleshooting complex laboratory issues and demonstrating strong reasoning skills in support of ongoing laboratory investigations s,corrections and/or CAPAs.

Minimum: Associates Degree in Science or equivalent with 1-2 year applicable laboratory, pharmaceutical manufacturing or related experience (QA preferred)

Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Science or equivalent with 0-2 year applicable laboratory, pharmaceutical manufacturing or related experience (QA preferred)

Minimum: 0-2-year applicable laboratory or pharmaceutical production experience (QA preferred).

Possesses proficient mathematical skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, algebra, unit conversions, rounding significant figures, dividing polynomials, solving rational equations).

Good organizational skills and ability to multi-task and perform work in a timely manner

Knowledge of computer systems at a level proficient to navigate input and/or reference computerized data
